This is the beloved China Rain, formulated in Berkeley at Body Time in the 1970s. In this popular intoxicating fragrance, fleeting green top notes surround a heart of fresh white lilies and roses, while clean musk and soft hints of sandalwood and moss create a sensual, soft powdery finish. Unmistakable, with a cult like following.

The refill bottles are 4 oz. You can choose the classic oil to refill your oil bottles or cologne to refill your spray bottles.

China Rain at long last

So happy to have found this excellent China Rain after the original company evidently went out of business. This is the clean, subtle and unique scent that I remember.

I took a chance and went off the reviews.I was also a Berkeley Body Time customer for years and would travel over an hour just to get a roller ball Oil of China Rain. Favorite smell ever!!!
When Body Time closed down, I looked everywhere I could online for that same scent and never came close to finding it.
Then last week I stumbled upon Perfectly Scentsable online and read about the company and read the reviews. When I saw they mentioned Body Time and their story of how they became a business,I figured why not try the remix of China Rain. Didnt think it would be anywhere near the same as my old favorite.
Less than a week later….OMG. Familiar label and memories came rushing back and let me tell you…. You did it!!!! My China Rain is back!!!! Smells just like the original!! I was ecstatic!!! Thank you for bringing back a lot of people’s favorite scent and making It smell exactly like the real Berkeley classic!!!!
I will be buying more!!! Also getting compliments all the time just like I used to about the way I smell!!!
My new favorite scent again!!!! Thanks!!!
