One of the most challenging things about buying perfume online is that there is no way for you to smell for yourself before you invest. These sample offerings are my way of trying to address this issue of uncertainty. Trying before you buy, having confidence that your purchase is actually what you want is the only way to solve this dilemma. Samples ship free.
These samples are in 1 ml vials, filled about 1/2- 3/4 of the way full (more or less). This gives you enough of the oil to wear it a few times and see for yourself if it's a good match for your own personal chemistry.

I read that JLo used to order China Rain from Body Time in Berkeley when it was still around and it may have been the inspiration for JLo Glow. Although I enjoy the clean soapiness of JLo Glow, there is an artificialness to it that I do not love, so I looked for something similar, but more natural smelling. That is when I learned of China Rain and China Lily. I purchased rollerballs of both and really like them. I think China Lily smells a little closer to JLo Glow, but they are similar. I more recently purchased a small sample of Rain, along with a few other samples. I LOVE Rain! China Rain, China Lily, and Rain all have a similar DNA, almost like they are flankers of one another. China Rain is floral, a combination of lily and rose, but more musky and a little powdery too. China Lily is more lily-forward than China Rain, still a bit musky but not powdery to me. I love Rain the most. It is fresh and clean smelling, lightly floral and bright, not as musky and not powdery. It is my favorite of the three. I plan to purchase the rollerball. I highly recommend PS's perfume oils!
My only disappointment is I read that Perfectly Scentsable often includes a couple of free samples with your purchase, but I did not receive any free samples with either of my orders. I hope I get a couple of samples with my next order!
