Harris Victory Fund Fundraising

Hello Perfume Lovers!

I want to start off this blog post by saying something important.  I know not everyone will agree with me mixing politics with business.  I have gotten several angry emails from customers telling me so, among other unsavory comments.  You do not have to agree, if you don't that's ok, no one is here to convince you.

These products in this collection are the only ones that are fundraisers.  You can still buy your China Rain and rest assured, your purchases are only supporting a middled aged, empty nest, newly single after 30 years, (ex) housewife.

A little about me and my motivation for fundraising. I am from the SF Bay Area, was marinated in liberal politics culturally.  It was the only culture really, we had no extended family, traditions or faith.  We had local political culture.  So the way I was raised, this is the only way to think.

Of the five kids in my nuclear family that I raised, two are LGBTQ.  One is brown, and has black babies.  I have three daughters, I have two daughters in law.  Lots of uteruses and melanin.  A few are young and not yet planning families, but at least two of them will likely be considering some medical assisted reproduction methods.

This is my family.  I am a straight lily white Gen X lady who had babies easily with my lily white boomer husband (now ex-husband).  Out of the 5 kids we had in our blended family, only one has the unearned privilege of being the same demographic.

I don't need to and won't bother defending my positions, and will never ask you to defend yours.  I believe Kamala Harris will stand for the things important to me and my family, and that's the whole story.  This is my business and passion and it feels perfectly natural to include my business as a way of supporting my family's priorities in this critical time in our nation's history.

Thanks for reading, if you disagree, I can live with it.

This is the link to the "collection" which is currently only two products, but I'm hoping to get through a third this weekend, once it's done it will appear as there as well.  $15.00 per roller ball will be donated to the Harris Victory Fund.  We have raised $1440 already, I started three weeks ago.

If you would like to just donate through my account, please feel free!  The link is here.

Thanks for reading, I am grateful you did.
